UK Backwards Running Championships 2010
The inaugural UK Backward Running Championships were held at Heaton Park, Manchester in August 2010. 38 male and female backward athletes ran just over a mile in this bizarre event organised by the group 'Wacky Nation'. Given this was a backwards running race, I appeared not as '118' but as '811'.
