Spitalfields Pancake Race
The Spitalfields Pancake Race is ran in relays of 4 men (often in fancy dress). Participants run approximately 50 yards, tossing the pancake at two stations along the way, before passing on to the next man. In 2010 I entered with a team of "Flameheads".
