Steep hills don't put off more than 400 runners who line up at the start of the Rough & Tumble in the pretty village of Milton Lilbourne. This 10 mile multi-terrain hack is an absolute leg drainer, and only the quickest back to the finish at the village hall get to sample the impressive selection of home-made cakes! In 2007 I elected to make the run even harder by dressing as a convict, handcuffs included!
