Nettle Warrior is the summer version of Tough Guy. Staged at the end of July, the course is essentially the same as Tough Guy, although there are notable differences. In particular, Nettle Warrior involves two laps of an area the organizers have called "The killing fields", a log carry and some rafting as part of "The Lake" obstacle!

In 2011 I dressed up as an Avatar, but unfortunatley I lost my wig on the second lap of the assault course after flipping into the water!
