The Bare If You Dare 5 km run takes place over a three lap course within the grounds of the spectacular Tything Barn naturist site in Pembrokeshire, West Wales. Most people run fully naked in the race but it is promoted as clothing optional so that participants need not feel obliged to strip off totally! In 2011 the summer sun shone brightly and a glorious day was had be all!
